Proven track record in a 5-star Spa environment
Impeccable presentation and grooming standards
Relevant qualifications – ITEC, CIDESCO
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Personal Traits:
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
Committed to providing exceptional service with a cheerful attitude
Abundant energy and a genuine passion for the spa industry
Keen attention to detail
Friendly, outgoing, and personable nature
Proficient computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and assist spa guests
Provide informed guidance on available treatments and products
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and readiness of spa areas for guest use
Skillfully upsell premium spa products
Ensure proper care and utilization of spa equipment
Benefits:
Attractive monthly salary of R7,000 – R10,000
Live-out position with transport allowance for designated routes
