Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager for a Private Nature Reserve in Hermanus. This is a live-out position and offers a compeitive salary per month including provident fund and a partial medical aid.
This role’s primary function is to maintain the service standards of the establishment through on-the–floor management and supervision. It requires the individual to interact with guests daily and ensure that their stay is as memorable as possible. This person has to be wherever the action is so strong time-management and planning skills are essential.
It is ideal for someone who has come from the lodge industry who understands the personalised attention to detail required for the job.
Minimum Requirements for this role:
3-4 years work experience in a well-recognized five star hotels or lodges.
Understanding and experience in a Food and Beverage related position

Coordination of food and beverage service
Manage staff in terms of discipline
