This isn’t just housekeeping—this is homekeeping, creating a welcoming retreat where every guest feels right at home in the wild!

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure every suite and area shines to world-class standards, bringing warmth and care into every detail.
  • Manage the laundry process with precision, and keep an eye on furnishings to maintain that signature lodge ambiance.
  • Train, inspire, and manage the homekeeping team to deliver excellence in every moment.
  • Keep inventory stocked and organized, handle orders within budget, and oversee daily and monthly checks.
  • Work closely with the lodge’s leadership team to coordinate guest needs, operations, and special requests.
  • Play a key role in promoting the lodge’s sustainability practices.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Expertise in housekeeping standards that rival the best of the best.
  • Leadership experience, a knack for detail, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Physically fit and ready for hands-on work in a dynamic lodge setting.
  • Strong admin and budget management skills.
  • Computer savvy—Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency.
  • South African nationality or a valid work visa.
