The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen, leading a team of chefs, and crafting exciting and diverse menus that will wow guests at a high-end, luxury safari lodge. • Lead Kitchen Operations: Manage all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standard.

• Menu Creation: Develop innovative and diverse menus that reflect the lodge’s commitment to excellence and appeal to a variety of guest preferences.

• Maintain Food Safety Standards: Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

• Exceptional Culinary Experience: Deliver an extraordinary dining experience that exceeds guest expectations and enhances their stay at the lodge.
