Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef to join a small, close-knit team at an exclusive 5-star lodge in Nambiti Game Reserve. This is an incredible opportunity for a hands-on chef who loves to create fresh, innovative menus and deliver exceptional dining experiences for a maximum of 14 guests at a time.
📍 Location: Nambiti Game Reserve, KwaZulu-Natal
💰 Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 (DOE) + tips (approx. R3,000 extra per month)
🏡 Live-In Role: Single accommodation, 3 meals daily, uniform, laundry, and transport to the gate provided
