✔️ At least 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a luxury setting
✔️ Formal culinary qualification from a recognised institution
✔️ Strong leadership and ability to inspire a team
✔️ A genius at menu development, food costing, and maximising profitability
✔️ Passion for quality, creativity, and innovation in the kitchen
✔️ A firm grasp of food safety, stock control, and supplier relationships
✔️ Ability to work with a group food consultant to maintain the brand’s culinary identity
