What on Offer:
Salary: R20,000 – R26,000 (Live-in position).
Work Cycle: 21 days on, 7 days off.

Your Role as Head Chef:
This is a hands-on role requiring both leadership and culinary excellence.
You’ll be responsible for:
Meal Preparation: Preparing exceptional meals for guests while on shift.
Kitchen Operations: Managing day-to-day activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Menu Creation: Crafting and costing menus aligned with guest preferences and seasonal availability.
Team Coordination: Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Cost Management: Monitoring food costs, minimising wastage, and ensuring profitability.
Compliance: Maintaining health and safety standards, including food hygiene and proper storage.
Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to deliver seamless service.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining environment.
Skills: Strong costing abilities and a proven track record of culinary creativity.
Passion: A love for food and creating memorable guest experiences.
Adaptability: Willingness to be hands-on in food preparation and service.
