This role requires an individual with exceptional service standards, a passion for personalised guest experiences, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless, luxurious stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience Excellence: Oversee all guest interactions, ensuring service is personalized and exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
• Butler Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage a team of butlers to deliver consistent, high-quality service across all guest areas.
• Logistical Oversight: Coordinate room preparation, dining arrangements, special requests, and bespoke experiences, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambience across all guest spaces.
• Problem Solving: Handle guest feedback and requests promptly, adapting to meet unique guest needs and preferences.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior butler or supervisory hospitality role, preferably within luxury island, yacht, or resort settings.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to work in a remote location and a flexible approach to working hours.
• Immaculate presentation and a warm, professional demeanor.
