Guest Services Planning & Events Coordinator
Location: Caribbean – Live In
Salary: $2,600 USD/month (Live-In)
This exciting position will have you at the center of creating and delivering a seamless guest experience. As the Guest Services Planning & Events Coordinator, you will work closely with the Guest Services Manager to curate tailored experiences for guests, ensuring that each detail—from pre-arrival to departure—is flawless. You’ll be the face behind organizing large-scale events, ensuring guests are pampered, and curating a one-of-a-kind island adventure that’s unforgettable!
Impeccable Service: Exceed guest expectations at all times by providing personalized service, from booking to departure.
Guest Experience Creation: Craft exceptional journeys for guests, handling reservations, meal plans, special requests, and event coordination.
Event Planning: Plan and execute events like weddings and large gatherings, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Collaborate: Work with the operations team, reservations, marketing, and accounts to ensure guest preferences are captured and delivered.
Guest Liaison: Be the point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless communication throughout their stay and providing follow-up after their departure.
Organize and run up to 3 bookings per month, ensuring each one is executed flawlessly.
Coordinate logistics, including transfers, meal plans, activities, and special requests.
Organize large events and handle guest expectations to make each occasion special.
Manage guest profiles, ensuring all preferences and dietary restrictions are properly logged.
Assist with marketing efforts and work alongside the sales team to promote the island.
Oversee guest activities, excursions, and ensure the island’s service standards are met at all times.
You thrive on attention to detail and have a natural talent for planning and hosting events.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in guest services, event coordination, or luxury hospitality is essential.
Proactive and innovative, always looking for new ways to enhance guest experiences.
Able to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
