Salary: R27,000
As the Group HR Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind all HR operations across the entire lodge group. From overseeing payroll, managing 170 staff, handling CCMA cases, to ensuring smooth people management—you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy for this luxury hospitality brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and has experience in HR within the lodge industry.
Handle HR matters across the entire lodge group, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
Run payroll and ensure it’s completed accurately and on time.
Manage all Law & CCMA cases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
Drive people management initiatives to support the growth, development, and well-being of the staff.
Report directly to Lauren and the CFO, collaborating to align HR objectives with company goals.
Oversee 170 staff members, fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Experience: Proven HR management experience in a lodge or hospitality setting.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of payroll, staff management, labor laws, and CCMA procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a natural when it comes to managing people and building relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
Must have a background in the lodge industry to understand the unique needs of the business and staff.
Competitive salary of R27,000.
