Job Description:

Social Media Management:
– Content Creation: Post captivating photos and videos daily on Facebook and Instagram. Maintain a balance between safari sightings, lodge events, culinary delights, and staff highlights.
– Blogs: Publish at least one game drive blog per week (or Hot Topic blog as needed), complete with accompanying photos and videos. Engage with guests and guides to curate diverse content.
– Guest Engagement: Interact with clients, encouraging them to share their experiences on social platforms using hashtags #mymotswari and #geigerscamp. Engage with guides to boost the lodge’s online presence.
– Community Building: Respond promptly to comments and questions, fostering a sense of community. Encourage emotional reactions by using emojis and engaging text.
– Monthly Reporting: Prepare a detailed monthly report analyzing platform activities and trends. Ensure timely submission to facilitate strategic decisions.
– Website Integration: Share marketing images with the central team for website updates, ensuring cohesive branding.
– Proactive Outreach: Actively participate in guest posts, enhancing the lodge’s online presence and building a loyal following.
– Creative Campaigns: Develop bi-monthly posts encouraging website visits, enhancing the lodge’s online traffic and visibility.
– Customer Service: Redirect guest inquiries to the Reservations team, providing seamless customer service.

Requirements:

– Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in managing Facebook and Instagram platforms with a knack for engaging storytelling.
