Looking for a dynamic individual to take charge of the Food & Beverage Department. If you’re passionate about maintaining optimal stock levels, providing exceptional guest experiences, and managing a dedicated team, this role is for you! 🏑

*Key Responsibilities:*
πŸ“Š Implement and maintain a daily Stock Management & Control System.
🧾 Daily administrative functions, stock takes, and reconciliation of sales vs charges vs stock use.
🍹 Assist in purchasing and receiving beverage stock.
πŸ“ˆ Oversee monthly stocktakes and ensure timely submission of information.
🍽 Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, providing training to the team.
πŸŽ‰ Host guests during meal times when necessary.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*
🌟 Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Luxury 5* Lodge environment.
🍷 Food & Beverage knowledge and understanding of stock control systems.
πŸ€“ Analytical approach with strong administrative skills.
πŸš— Code 8 driver’s licence.
πŸ’¬ Fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
πŸ’» Computer literate with experience in FOH systems.
