Looking for a dynamic individual to take charge of the Food & Beverage Department. If you’re passionate about maintaining optimal stock levels, providing exceptional guest experiences, and managing a dedicated team, this role is for you! π‘
*Key Responsibilities:*
π Implement and maintain a daily Stock Management & Control System.
π§Ύ Daily administrative functions, stock takes, and reconciliation of sales vs charges vs stock use.
πΉ Assist in purchasing and receiving beverage stock.
π Oversee monthly stocktakes and ensure timely submission of information.
π½ Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, providing training to the team.
π Host guests during meal times when necessary.
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
π Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Luxury 5* Lodge environment.
π· Food & Beverage knowledge and understanding of stock control systems.
π€ Analytical approach with strong administrative skills.
π Code 8 driverβs licence.
π¬ Fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
π» Computer literate with experience in FOH systems.
