💸 Salary: R5,800 – R6,000 (Negotiable DOE)
🏡 Live-Out Position
🌱 What You’ll Be Great At:
Working in the gardens and landscaping team to keep everything looking lush and vibrant
Helping with planting, transplanting, soil mixing, fertilizing, and general maintenance
Using garden tools and equipment safely and effectively
Supporting the farm and landscaping operations with pride and purpose
Keeping everything tidy and in line with the estate’s beautiful aesthetic
Following health and safety standards while keeping up with the team pace
Communicating clearly to help keep things moving smoothly
✅ What You’ll Need:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (gardens, landscaping, or farming)
Matric is a bonus
Local to Franschhoek? Even better!
Comfortable with tools, soil, seedlings, and outdoor work
A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Passion for nature, neatness, and nurturing the land
