💼 What You’ll Be Owning:
✔ Greeting guests with that warm, friendly vibe and managing their journey from check-in to check-out
✔ Overseeing the daily operations of the front of house with finesse and flair
✔ Leading and mentoring a team of hospitality heroes
✔ Creating an atmosphere of excellence and attention to detail in every interaction
✔ Working closely with other departments to ensure the seamless flow of service
✔ Bringing that extra sparkle to guest relations, making each stay unforgettable
🌟 You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You Have:
✨ Solid experience in a Front of House/Guest Relations Management role (luxury lodge or safari environment = major bonus)
✨ Exceptional communication and organizational skills
✨ A hands-on, team-player attitude and calm-in-the-chaos approach
✨ A genuine passion for people, service, and safari life
✨ An adventurous soul who loves remote living and wild beauty
✨ Strong admin and computer skills
