What You’ll Be Doing

As the Front of House Manager, you’ll:
👋 Be the face of the lodge, ensuring guests are welcomed with warmth and professionalism.
🌟 Oversee the smooth running of front-of-house operations, including guest check-ins, reservations, and activity coordination.
🎯 Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring every guest’s stay is unforgettable.
🤝 Collaborate with the broader lodge team to ensure seamless operations and communication.
💡 Take charge of problem-solving on the spot to ensure guests’ needs are met efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience in a luxury lodge or similar setting.
• Personality: Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented with top-notch organisational skills.
• Leadership: Able to lead by example and inspire your team.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Live-In: Open to embracing the beauty of living on-site at the lodge.

💰 Salary: R9,000 – R13,000 per month (depending on experience).
