🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee all Front of House operations, including Reception, Guest Relations, Retail, and the Spa
✅ Maintain the MORE brand standards, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience
✅ Work closely with the General Manager & Hotel Manager to ensure smooth property operations
✅ Be an ambassador for the brand—host site inspections, engage with the market, and build strong relationships
✅ Ensure departmental structures are in line with hospitality trends for optimal efficiency
✅ Conduct and oversee staff training, performance management, and succession planning
✅ Handle guest queries & complaints with professionalism, using feedback to enhance service delivery
✅ Keep up with competitor offerings & hospitality trends to ensure innovation and excellence
✅ Assist in establishing and maintaining community partnerships for brand goodwill
🎯 Minimum Requirements:
✔ 3+ years’ experience in a senior Front of House Management role
✔ Qualification in Hospitality Management (advantageous)
✔ Proficiency in MS Office Suite
✔ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
✔ Strong product & market knowledge, including international hospitality trends
✔ Knowledge of suppliers & procurement
✔ Valid Code 08 driver’s license & own reliable transport (essential)
