Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager for a luxury property based in the Franschhoek area.
Minimum requirements:
· At least 3 years’ experience as a restaurant manager
· Grade 12 is essential
· Relevant qualification
· Afrikaans and English speaking
· Must be available to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays (hospitality hours)
· Own transport
· Client services experience is essential
· Able to work under pressure
Key functions:
· Managing staff
· Liaise between FOH and BOH where needed
· Focus on best guest experience
