We are now seeking an experienced and solution-oriented E-Commerce Projects Engineer to join the team. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
0-3 years of work experience.
Ability to work within multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
Excellent project management and supervision skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
Fluency in both Afrikaans and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
The ability to execute and follow through on projects and initiatives.
Passion for operations and organisational performance, with a focus on process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects within the e-commerce operations.
Execute process optimisation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct business process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Implement lean management and process principles to streamline operations.
Assist with logistical, warehouse, and stock management projects.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
Liaise with various departments and stakeholders involved in projects.
Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
Maintain a focus on sustainability in all projects and initiatives.
Execute ad hoc assignments and tasks as required to support overall operational goals.
