🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants and function venues
✅ Develop and implement training programmes for managers, waiters, and bar staff
✅ Recruit, onboard, and train new staff to build a high-performing team
✅ Curate innovative beverage menus (wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks)
✅ Lead and motivate an established team, ensuring continuous growth and top-tier service
✅ Implement and refine SOPs to maintain consistency and operational efficiency
✅ Work closely with the culinary team to create exceptional food & wine pairings
✅ Manage stock control, ordering, and cost management for operational efficiency
✅ Handle guest relations and problem resolution in a high-paced hospitality environment
✅ Maintain hygiene and health & safety standards across all outlets
🎯 Minimum Requirements:
✔ 5+ years’ experience in an F&B operational management role overseeing multiple outlets
✔ Proven track record in staff training & development to drive exceptional service
✔ Extensive wine & beverage knowledge – understanding of wine lists, bar operations & menu development
✔ Strong leadership & team management skills – confident in guiding a team of managers & staff
✔ Hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach – ensuring smooth service across all outlets
✔ Exceptional organisational & problem-solving skills – able to juggle multiple priorities
✔ Experience implementing and maintaining SOPs for consistency & efficiency
✔ Proficiency in POS systems, stock control & cost management
✔ Strong Excel, Micros, and Sage skills for data processing & reporting
✔ Flexible to work hospitality hours – evenings, weekends & public holidays
