Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious lodge, overseeing the entire restaurant department and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This is a live-in position with excellent benefits and a unique work cycle.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including:
Staff training, stock taking, ordering, rotation, and quality control
Supervising, guest hosting, and maintaining restaurant presentation
Ensuring a high-quality guest dining experience in collaboration with the kitchen
Utilise strong computer skills to manage the lodge system, stock inputs, costings, and supplier correspondence
Bring innovative ideas to enhance the Food & Beverage department and maintain excellent standards
Lead the F&B team to excel in service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills with hands-on guest interaction and a passion for hospitality
Excellent people skills and an understanding of the F&B sector
Tech-savvy with experience in lodge systems, stock management, and supplier coordination
A proactive approach to elevating the F&B department
Package:
Monthly Salary: R15,000 (excluding gratuities and medical aid contribution)
Annual Leave: 16 floating days for a full year’s service
Work Cycle: 36 days on, followed by 12 days off
