About the Role:

As the FOH Manager/Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience while also being the reliable driver for the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Front-of-House Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Train and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
• Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, handling inquiries and resolving any issues with a smile.
• Driving Duties: Safely transport staff and guests as needed, ensuring punctual and professional service.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house management role, preferably in hospitality.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
