Position Overview
📍 Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg
💰 Salary: R30,000 – R33,000 CTC (including 5% provident fund contribution)
🚗 Transport: Own vehicle or reliable transport required
⏳ Start Date: Immediate
🕒 Schedule: Office-based
Your Responsibilities
Financial Management: Develop and maintain robust financial controls across the business.
Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in budgets, programmes, and objectives to maximise profitability.
Reporting: Prepare monthly financial packs, weekly financial reports, and variance reports.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial manuals, policies, and statutory requirements.
Audits: Oversee year-end audits for multiple properties.
Leadership: Supervise and develop accounting staff while promoting job satisfaction.
Personnel Oversight: Manage files, contracts, payroll, leave schedules, and compliance audits.
Required Experience & Skills
Hospitality Expertise: 2–4 years in luxury hotel/lodge accounting.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel, ACCPAC, VIP Payroll; familiarity with NEBULA PMS is advantageous.
Strong Leadership: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for accuracy and variances.
Educational Background: Matric essential; further qualifications are a bonus.
Valid RSA ID: Required.
