Your Day-to-Day:
🔹 Bank & Cash: Manage bank reconciliations, keep cash flow projections spot on.
🔹 Debtors & Creditors: Handle monthly reconciliations, payments, invoice capturing, and ensure everything is in tip-top shape.
🔹 Monthly Routines: Balance sheet reconciliations, VAT submissions, and compliance with various financial regulations.
🔹 Payroll Perfection: Ensure payroll, EMP201, EMP501, and IRP5 submissions are as smooth as they come.
🔹 Reporting & Analysis: Create monthly management reports, monitor budgets and cash flow, and assist with audit prep.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education: SAIPA articles or a B.Comm in accounting (or similar).
Experience: 3–5 years in an accounting role.
Tech Skills: Advanced Excel (yep, there’ll be a test!), Xero, and Sage Payroll are a bonus!
Core Strengths: Strong numeracy, solid communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving and critical analysis.
Personal Style: You’re calm, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and trust. You’re a collaborative team player who can also drive things solo when needed.
