💼 About the Role:
As a Female Barman, you’ll be at the heart of the resort’s guest experience, mixing up exceptional drinks and creating unforgettable moments for guests. If you’re a pro behind the bar, love interacting with people, and thrive in a tropical setting, this role is calling your name!
🍹 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests with top-notch service.
Create signature cocktails and ensure the bar area is always stocked and clean.
Deliver a friendly, professional, and memorable experience to all guests.
Work with the team to maintain a smooth operation during high-paced shifts.
Keep up with the latest drink trends and provide recommendations to guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
🎯 Requirements:
Previous bartending experience is a must!
A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Female candidates only (as per the client’s request for a diverse team).
Must be willing to live in shared accommodation and work on a 1-year contract.
💰 Salary
Monthly Salary: USD 520
Accommodation: Three-sharing accommodation provided.
Meals: All meals provided.
Uniform: Provided by the company.
Contract: 1-year with an option to renew.
Annual Ticket: Return ticket at the start and end of the contract, with a return ticket for contract renewals.
Medical Insurance: As per company policy.
