Position Overview: The F&B Operations Manager will lead and manage all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring seamless operations across multiple outlets within the hotel. The role requires a strategic approach to optimize service standards, drive guest satisfaction, and manage financial aspects in line with brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, maintaining the highest quality of service and presentation
Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to develop and implement innovative dining experiences
Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control, budgeting, and promotional initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Recruit, train, and mentor F&B team members, cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability
Regularly analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to exceed expectations
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar F&B management role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
Strong understanding of F&B operations, budget management, and cost control
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage trends, inventory management, and quality control
Ability to handle high-pressure environments with a detail-oriented approach
Salary: R35,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
