About the Role:
As the F&B Manager, you will lead and elevate the dining experience for our guests, ensuring that every meal is unforgettable. Your expertise in food and beverage management will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our luxury lodge.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring top-notch service and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement innovative menus that highlight local flavours and premium ingredients
Manage a talented team, providing training and guidance to foster excellence
Maintain inventory control and budget management to optimise profitability
Curate a diverse wine selection and enhance the guest experience with expert knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a luxury setting
Strong understanding of the industry trends and best practices
Exceptional wine knowledge and the ability to craft an impressive wine list
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
A passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences
Salary:
Competitive salary ranging from USD 3,000 to USD 3,500 nett, based on experience.
