What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: A Hotel Management Diploma/Degree is a must, along with at least one year of managerial experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with property management systems like Pilot, Semper, and Vingcard.
• People Skills: An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a talent for managing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt and efficient service of all food and beverages.
• Maintain impeccable restaurant and conference room standards.
• Train and lead a dedicated team of waitstaff and bartenders.
• Handle customer complaints with grace and efficiency.
