What You’ll Be Doing:
Curate Luxury Itineraries: Design bespoke, high-quality itineraries for clients, focusing on Southern Africa, East Africa, and beyond.
End-to-End Sales Process: Handle everything from planning, costing, and refining itineraries to post-travel communications.
Conversion of Warm Leads: Convert leads through email, phone, and video calls, driving sales and achieving targets.
Client-Centric Service: Deliver gold standard customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Product Knowledge: Stay on top of the latest developments, expanding your expertise and sharing it with clients.
Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with colleagues and partners, contributing to a supportive team environment.
Travel Research: Travel to exciting destinations and participate in regular research trips to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Skills & Experience You’ll Need:
4+ years of experience in tailor-made travel, with a focus on complex itineraries for Southern and East Africa.
A passion for luxury African travel and first-hand knowledge of core destinations within sub-Saharan Africa.
Proven sales performance in a target-driven environment.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong IT literacy and organisational skills.
The ability to work remotely, manage your time effectively, and collaborate with a global team.
(Desired) Knowledge of the Indian Ocean and Indian Subcontinent destinations.
(Bonus) Familiarity with GDS/flight operating systems.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 40 hours per week.
