Youβll be the right hand to the Executive Chef, running the show with flair, finesse, and some serious flavor. This isnβt a backseat role β youβll be in the heart of the action, leading a talented team, curating exceptional dishes, and delivering an unforgettable culinary experience for guests from around the globe.
β¨ What Youβll Be Doing:
Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple outlets
Leading and mentoring a dynamic team of chefs
Contributing to innovative and seasonal menu development
Maintaining impeccable hygiene, quality, and safety standards
Controlling food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets
Ensuring guests enjoy a five-star experience with every bite
