Dreaming of working in the heart of a Big 5 reserve, surrounded by luxury and nature? 🌍 We’re on the hunt for an Executive Housekeeper who’s passionate about guest experiences, loves detail, and thrives on leading a dynamic team in a 5-star game lodge!
✨ Your Role: ✨
Own the Housekeeping Division, ensuring pristine rooms and stunning guest areas are always on point ✨
Oversee laundry operations, from guest’s luxury linens to staff attire – everything needs your touch! 🧺
Control stock, manage budgets, and stay on top of purchasing for all housekeeping needs
Lead, inspire, and train your housekeeping team to provide world-class service 💪
Assist with front-of-house guest experiences – get ready for “Show Time” when new guests arrive! 🏞
💡 What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of housekeeping management in a 5-star boutique operation or Big 5 lodge
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
A love for motivating teams and enhancing guest delight
Budget and stock control experience a must
Room Division/Front of House experience? That’s a bonus!
Sense of adventure, flexibility, and the ability to adapt in this fast-paced, luxury environment 🏕
