Qualifications/Experience
· Grade 12
· Must reside in the area, surrounding areas or be willing to relocate
· Hospitality qualification
· Must have previous experience working in Housekeeping and in the same position
· 5* experience
Responsibilities
· Oversee the housekeeping department and monitor staff progress
· Ensure day to day operations are carried out
· Allocate rooms for cleaning
· Check stock levels and place orders
· Check deliveries
· Ensure all laundry and equipment is in working order
· Report any problems or breakages
· Ensure the amenities are always replenished and all other duties related to this position
