As a transit lodge, we present a unique challenge – catering to the diverse needs of guests pressed for time, accommodating last-minute flight schedule changes, and managing a range of offerings, all under one roof.

Key Responsibilities:

• Culinary Excellence: Oversee the culinary operations of Fine Dining Restaurant, Bistro, Coffee Shop, and Transit Restaurant, ensuring each offers exceptional cuisine.
• Menu Innovation: Develop innovative menus, catering to various tastes and dietary restrictions, from cutting-edge flair in Fine Dining to soulful Bistro meals.
• Guest Experience: Ensure an unforgettable dining experience for our guests, balancing speed, quality, and authenticity in our offerings.
• Local Engagement: Foster positive relationships with the local community, suppliers, and artisans, promoting sustainable practices and supporting the local economy.
