🏆 Minimum Experience & Requirements:
✅ 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive or Head Chef in a luxury hotel environment.
✅ Strong leadership, financial acumen, and ability to manage budgets, procurement, and inventory.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with guests and colleagues.
✅ High levels of hygiene, discipline, and creativity in menu execution.
✅ Tertiary qualifications in Culinary Arts preferred.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
✅ Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
