As the Executive Chef, you will be in charge of creating and executing menus that reflect the hotel’s high standards, inspiring your team to deliver culinary excellence. You’ll be leading by example, setting the pace for kitchen operations, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection.
Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Develop and execute menus, creating innovative dishes that align with the luxury brand.
Maintain a focus on food quality, consistency, and portion control.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from ordering supplies to managing kitchen staff.
Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure all guest expectations are exceeded.
Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
Manage cost control, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
Provide continuous training and mentorship for kitchen staff, ensuring personal and professional growth.
5+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role, with at least 3 years as an Executive Chef or similar position in a luxury hotel environment.
Proven experience in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse kitchen team.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with hotel staff at all levels.
A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Formal culinary qualifications preferred (e.g., Culinary School/Apprenticeship).
Competitive salary of 4,000 Euros per month (net).

Annual bonus (15% max of your basic salary) as per Hilton policy.
30 days of paid leave per year.
