About the Role:

• Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring top-notch service and supplies.
• Budget Management: Assist in creating and managing event budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and controlled.
• On-Site Coordination: Be the go-to person on the event day, coordinating activities and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• A creative mindset and attention to detail to bring unique ideas to life.
