📍 Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
💼 Salary: R21,000 – R22,000
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences
Supervise and support staff across various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B
Assist with guest check-in/out procedures and handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth coordination and execution of hotel events and functions
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout the property
Act as a point of contact for guests and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently
Support management in achieving financial goals through effective cost control and revenue optimization strategies
Maintain compliance with brand standards and hotel policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Duty Manager or similar role within the luxury hotel industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office suite
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
