Position: Duty Manager
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: R10,000 – R13,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high service standards.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in managing staff, providing guidance and support where needed.
Collaborate with management to implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures.
