Escorting guests to their rooms, explaining in-room amenities, and ensuring their comfort.
Assisting guests with transportation arrangements and offering guidance on local destinations.
Maintaining the lobby area’s cleanliness and creating a visually appealing ambiance.
Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal skills, a warm demeanour, and a genuine passion for guest service.
Impeccable grooming and presentation in line with the hotel’s luxurious standards.
Strong physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and moving luggage with care.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
