🍽️ Operations Management

• Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure service excellence, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the culinary team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

💰 Financial Oversight

• Manage budgets, control costs, and implement pricing strategies and promotions to optimize revenue.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance to maximize profitability.

👥 Team Development

• Lead, recruit, and train a top-tier F&B team while fostering a collaborative, positive workplace culture.
• Drive staff engagement, performance, and career development.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years in Food & Beverage management, ideally within luxury hospitality.
• Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, a guest-focused mindset, and exceptional team management capabilities.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
