Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team at a luxury hospitality company in Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance the organization’s multi-channel communication strategies.

Location: Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga
Salary: R25,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and organize property-specific marketing initiatives and events.
• Coordinate the production of artwork, source images, and review copy.
• Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
• Develop and integrate content marketing strategies across digital platforms.
• Research new online media opportunities and mobile/social media platforms to benefit the business.
• Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and visibility.
• Monitor website performance using web analytics software and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage paid online media placements and track performance.
• Drive traffic and leads from social media networks.
• Create shareable content to increase brand and property awareness.
• Update property content on external web libraries.
• Coordinate monthly marketing reports and provide analysis to demonstrate ROI.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• NQF Level 5 Certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience with Photoshop.
• Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing.
• Own transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to properties with own transportation.
