What You’ll Be Doing:
Work across various kitchen stations, gaining hands-on experience in a busy, mid-to-high volume kitchen.
Assist the Chef de Partie (CDP) or Sous Chef in preparing quality meals that exceed guest expectations.
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation are adhered to.
Contribute to food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring all meals are delivered to the highest quality.
Help with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and keeping the kitchen organised.
Continuously expand your culinary knowledge and skills by working with a dynamic kitchen team.
Core Competencies:
Basic knowledge of all kitchen sections.
Ability to work under limited supervision and take direction.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Ability to produce good quality basic food.
Excellent communication skills, with a team-oriented attitude.
A passion for cooking and a drive to learn and grow.
