What You’ll Be Doing

As the Chef de Partie, you’ll:
🔥 Prepare and present dishes to perfection, ensuring high standards of flavour and presentation.

🔥 Manage your station with finesse, keeping it clean, organised, and efficient.
🔥 Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of kitchen operations, even during busy service periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar role is essential.
• Skills: Strong cooking techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Team Player: Someone who can thrive in a collaborative kitchen environment.
• Transport: Own reliable transport is required as this is not a live-in position.

What’s on Offer?

• Salary: R5,500 – R6,500 per month, depending on experience.
