We are recruiting for a Central Reservations Manager for a luxury hotel group in Cape Town. This dynamic role offers a negotiable salary between R35,000 – R45,000 per month, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for optimizing bookings to ensure the best possible guest experience.
🦁 What’s the Role?
As the Central Reservations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the reservations for 15 properties, ensuring that bookings run seamlessly and all guest requirements are met. You’ll work closely with the front office, sales, and marketing teams to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
Manage Reservations: Oversee the central reservations system for 15 properties, ensuring smooth and efficient booking processes.
Guest Experience: Ensure all guest requirements are met and reservations are handled professionally and promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (front office, sales, and marketing) to ensure seamless communication and guest service.
Revenue Management (Bonus): Knowledge of Revenue Management principles is a plus, but not required. If you’re familiar with it, you’ll be able to contribute to optimizing pricing and availability to maximize revenue.
Data & Reporting: Provide regular reports on booking performance, occupancy rates, and revenue, helping to shape strategies for increased success.

Experience: Proven experience in managing reservations, ideally for multiple properties or in a similar role.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with reservation systems and hotel management software.
Organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage several properties at once.
Team Player: Collaborative and comfortable working with various teams to achieve shared goals.
Revenue Management Knowledge: Experience with or an interest in Revenue Management would be a big plus!
