Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Caretaking Couple to manage a stunning private beach/holiday house in Gordon’s Bay. If you are a responsible duo with a passion for property management and hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
Location: Gordons Bay
Compensation: Competitive salary with accommodation provided on-site. Utilities and basic living expenses covered. Potential for bonuses based on performance.
Key Responsibilities: 🧹 Housekeeping: Perform daily cleaning, laundry, and ensure the house is always guest-ready.
🔧 Maintenance: Handle general repairs, manage utilities, and coordinate with service providers to maintain the property.
🌿 Gardening: Maintain the garden and landscaping, ensuring all outdoor areas are well-kept and inviting.
🍽️ Cooking: Prepare meals for the owners or guests as required.
🔒 Security: Ensure the property is secure at all times, monitoring and managing access.
Requirements: ✔️ Previous experience in a similar caretaking or property management role preferred.
✔️ Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
❌ No children, dependents, or pets permitted.
🚗 Valid driver’s licenses are required.
