Responsibilities:
As an Agent Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of creating unforgettable safari experiences for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling safari requests from agents, providing expert advice and assistance throughout the booking process.
Proactively suggesting itinerary designs, logistics, and alternatives to enhance the client’s experience.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners and stakeholders.
Constantly seeking opportunities to increase sales and contribute to the success of our sales team.
Reporting and addressing any issues promptly to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
Embracing a proactive mindset and finding innovative solutions to exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Extensive experience and knowledge in Safari Sales, with a deep understanding of East Africa’s safari tourism environment.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a performance-oriented sales environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric focus.
Ability to create personalized and tailor-made itineraries, demonstrating your passion for designing unforgettable experiences.
Proficiency in travel and reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
