SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
2 – 3 years’ experience in Reservations/Revenue Manageme nt
Hospitality diploma/ equivalent preferable
Ability to work in a pressured environment
Willingness to work shift s when required
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent Planning and Organisational skills
Computer Literacy: Opera, Word & Excel
Previousl y worked on Opera PMS, with Configuration segment preferable .
Strong guest centric approach
Must have an eye for det ail
Must be able to work in a team or independently
Prev ious experience with revenue reporting and online travel age nts’ extranets
Understands market segmentation and target markets
Must have knowledge of forecasting and budgeting
