About the Role: As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the consistency and authenticity of the brand. This executive management position focuses on elevating our lodge portfolio on both local and international fronts, driving revenue through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring charisma and expertise in marketing exceptionally high-end luxury brands, joining a close-knit team dedicated to living and breathing the brand.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent brand image.
Proactively seek and leverage publicity opportunities, adeptly handling media interactions.
Create in-house promotions and activities to boost sales, staff engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update internal and external stationery/signage to align with brand guidelines.
Manage relevant marketing material, coordinating with the team and external platforms.
Build strategic partnerships, grow the customer database, and execute regular newsletters and mailers.
Stay abreast of industry trends to guide business decisions effectively.
Lead the development and management of digital content, including blogs, captions, and multimedia.
Oversee social media marketing, implementing a strategy aligned with the brand messaging.
Manage and update the website, working with developers to enhance design and functionality.
Increase direct bookings by driving traffic to the website through strategic initiatives.
Establish key communication messages and plans across various channels, including PR, advertising, trade shows, and digital marketing.
Collaborate with outsourced PR agencies, ensuring effective press releases and journalist interactions.
Conduct crisis management when necessary and review brand strategy alignment with vision and values.
Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, collaborating with designers.
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in a high-end luxury travel brand.
Experience in very high-end hospitality or luxury brand settings is highly desirable.
Charismatic individual with excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and stakeholders.
Passion for representing a quality, high-end brand in the hospitality and luxury travel sector.
Comfortable working in a close-knit team.
