Job Title: Head of Food & Beverage
Reports to: Hotel General Manager

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a team motivator, and a creative force in the culinary world.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Attend and actively participate in HOD and other relevant meetings.
Conduct regular staff meetings, fostering effective communication.
Oversee performance appraisals and reviews, fostering staff development.
Prepare, control, and manage department budgets effectively.
Plan, direct, and control the F&B department, including rostering staff.
Supervise staff, identify training needs, and implement training programs.
Collaborate closely with F&B Controller for effective sales and beverage stock control.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings.
Uphold uniform standards and liaise with the kitchen regarding menu changes.
Ensure tables are set to company standards and handle guest requests promptly.
Manage accurate billing procedures and compile daily void reports.
Monitor F&B cost percentage figures, ensuring profitability.
Report maintenance defects promptly and uphold hygiene standards.
Drive the consistent implementation of the restaurant concept and food offerings.
Design brand-relevant food experiences and special events to drive revenue.
Provide leadership to the Head Chef, Restaurant Managers, and Cost Controller.
Lead the front-of-house team, ensuring effective training and motivation.
Foster a high-performance, respectful team culture through regular feedback.
Collate relevant daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Undertake any adhoc duties as required.
