πMinimum Requirements:
Hospitality-related qualification essential.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an F&B Manager at a 5-star establishment.
Traceable track record of leading a successful F&B team.
Experience working within a leading hotel of the world.
Computer literate, with working knowledge of Micros and Opera advantageous.
Good financial understanding, including cost of sales control, budgeting, and departmental budget management.
Able to work flexible hours as per operational requirements.
