Camp Manager & Level 3 Full Trails Guide Couple Wanted

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Camp Manager and Level 3 Full Trails Guide couple for a prestigious 5-star luxury game lodge located in the stunning Kalahari, Northern Cape.

Position: Camp Manager & Level 3 Full Trails Guide Couple

Location: Kalahari, Northern Cape

Salary: Will be discussed during interview

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant luxury lodge experience in similar positions
  • Relevant qualifications:
    • Guide: FGASA NQF4 & Lead Trails
  • Previous experience as a camp manager at a five-star property
  • Experience in East Africa is highly relevant and preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Camp Manager:
    • Overseeing daily operations of the camp
    • Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
    • Managing staff and maintaining high standards of service
    • Financial management and reporting
  • Level 3 Full Trails Guide:
    • Leading and conducting guided safari tours
    • Ensuring guest safety and providing informative, engaging wildlife experiences
    • Maintaining and managing trail equipment
